Though challenges exist, biofuels offer real potential. They can be used without starting from zero. Plus, they give new life to waste materials.
Many believe they are just a bridge. However, they might be key for years to come. They are effective immediately while waiting for full electrification.
With global decarbonization on the agenda, the value of biofuels increases. They don’t replace electric or solar energy, they act as a support system. If we fund them and improve here regulation, biofuels could help transform transport worldwide
